» Houligans House Salad Mixed greens with kalamata olives, tomatoes, croutons, artichoke hearts, Parmesan and Gorgonzola cheeses. Tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette.
» Soup Du Jour (Cup)
Made from scratch and served with freshly baked pub bread.
» Blue Crab Cakes (1 cake)
100% real blue crab meat in a seasoned potato mixture. Served with a lemon dill cream sauce.
» Steamed Mussels
Fresh mussels steamed in a white wine broth with chorizo sausage and fresh diced tomatoes.
Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, vegetable of the day & dinner rolls.
» Steak & Shrimp Dinner
Three-ounce USDA Choice tenderloin charbroiled and topped with candied garlic sauce. Served with four hand-breaded shrimp.
» Fresh Salmon
Pan-seared salmon fillet with a seven-pepper spice. Topped with diced tomatoes, basil, garlic and a house-made balsamic reduction.
» Tenderloin Tips
Six-ounce USDA Choice tenderloin tip meat sautéed with portabella mushrooms and red onions, tossed in a bacon demiglace.
» Crème Brulee, Two Homemade Belgium Chocolate Truffles, or a Grasshopper

Homegrown: Restaurants designated as "Homegrown" are locally owned and locally originated establishments. These are restaurants that exist only in the Chippewa Valley, or they started in this community before branching into additional markets. Many franchised restaurants located in the area may be locally-owned as well, but as in most cases they don't originate here, they are not given the "Homegrown" designation.
