Shrimp and Sausage
Assorted sausages from Mike’s Star Market and shrimp sautéed with red onions and peppers then coated with a honey Dijon and malt vinegar glaze.

*Spicy Steak Bites GF
Tender USDA Choice sirloin tips of beef seasoned with a spicy steak seasoning and pan seared with garlic and tomatoes. Garnished with a balsamic reduction and gorgonzola cheese crumbles.

 

Mushroom Mornay
Fresh sautéed button mushrooms simmered in a flavorful sherry wine sauce. Topped with mozzarella and white cheddar cheeses and baked until golden brown.

 

Entrée

 

Candied Garlic Tenderloin Tips GF
6 ounces of USDA Choice tenderloin tips sautéed with red onions and portabella mushrooms. Tossed in our Trademarked sweet garlic sauce.

Grilled Salmon GF
Farm raised salmon fillet grilled and served with a dollop of Organic Crème Fraiche and garnished with fresh dill and lemon.

Steak & Shrimp
USDA Choice center cut 3 oz. tenderloin of beef. Seasoned with our steak seasoning and charbroiled to your liking. Topped with a seasoned butter star. Served with four handbreaded shrimp fried until golden brown. Served with housemade cocktail sauce.

 

Dessert

Homemade Lava Cake GF
A homemade flourless chocolate cake with a gooey Belgium chocolate center. Served with an Irish cream ice cream sauce, candied pecans, and real whipped cream.

Crème Brulee GF
Creamy custard topped with carmamelized sugar. A CLASSIC!
