» Pomodori al Forno, hand-battered Ellsworth cheese curds, or fresh fried mushrooms

Second Course (choose two)

» Soup (prime rib vegetable or soup du jour), house salad with choice of dressing, or spinach salad with hot bacon dressing

Third Course (choose two)

» Sportsman sirloin, pan fried walleye dinner, brandy cream chicken, bourbon pecan chicken, or petite cut prime rib (Thursday - Saturday)

Fourth Course (choose one)

» Homemade triple layer carrot cake, chocolate earthquake cake, or ask your server about the dessert specials of the day
