    Fried cheese curds smoked and set on a corn & black bean slaw with a zesty aioli

    Smoked trout, tomatoes, garlic, basil and Parmesan crisp on a crostini, drizzled with balsamic vinegar
  • Pork Belly & Kohlrabi Salad
    Berkshire pork belly, kohlrabi, a 63° egg, and Zstar apples drizzled with a maple lemon dressing
  • Wisconsin BOOYAH
    Chicken, beef and pork cooked with local vegetables and slowly simmered into a Wisconsin stew

Entrée

  • Cranberry-Glazed Pork Rack
    Kurobuta pork rack roasted with fresh cranberries and Zstar apples, accompanied by a rutabaga puree
  • Pepper Burgundy Sirloin
    Eight-ounce choice sirloin grilled and served on a bed of demi-glace, paired with a horseradish infused smashed potato and smoked vegetables
  • Seared Rainbow Trout
    Rainbow Trout pan-seared on fresh vegetables and corn puree with roasted red pepper and parsley oil
  • Chicken, Hickory Nut & Mushroom Pasta
    Chicken, hickory nuts and sautéed mushrooms tossed with pasta in a white wine sauce finished with fresh parmesan cheese and a 63° egg

Homegrown: Restaurants designated as "Homegrown" are locally owned and locally originated establishments. These are restaurants that exist only in the Chippewa Valley, or they started in this community before branching into additional markets. Many franchised restaurants located in the area may be locally-owned as well, but as in most cases they don't originate here, they are not given the "Homegrown" designation.
